Our Company complies with all legislation (laws, bylaws, regulations, etc.) and decisions of competent authorities regarding the protection of competition.

Our Company does not make negative statements in the press against its competitors and their executives by naming them.

Our Company does not establish contact and make agreements with competitors for the purpose of boycotting its customers or suppliers.

Our Company does not establish contacts and make agreements with competitors for preventing new competitors, fixing product prices, sharing regions/markets/customers.

Our company never resorts to unethical or illegal means to access information about other companies, and prevents its employees from resorting to such means. However, it does not see any harm in using publicly available information (website, price list, advertisement, published article, etc.) of companies.

Our company does not assign the first-degree relative (spouse, sibling, child, parent) of an employee in a critical position in a competitor company to critical positions in their company.
