We consider Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSSE-Q) factors to be at the core of our business and integrate them into every step of our operations. MLA LOGISTICS selects solution partners based on its safety, health, environment, and quality policy. It adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and rules in all of its business operations. MLA LOGISTICS will monitor and control energy consumption and waste production across all units to actively contribute to sustainable development policies and protect natural resources.
At MLA LOGISTICS, our top priority is the health and safety of all individuals involved in our operations. We have a strong culture of Occupational Health and Safety that is deeply ingrained in our company. To ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, we implement risk prevention measures and maintain constant control over all organizational processes through proactive approaches. We take all necessary measures to increase awareness of Occupational Health and Safety among our employees and the companies we cooperate with.
All activities at MLA LOGISTICS comply with current national and international Occupational Health and Safety legislation. Occupational Health and Safety Risks are analyzed in all work areas and processes. Risks are reduced or eliminated, areas in need of improvement are identified, and necessary measures and practices are implemented. Appropriate equipment and personal protective equipment are provided completely and uninterruptedly to create safe working environments with emergency, business continuity, and work permit systems.
Regular health checks are conducted on employees from the start of their employment. We encourage everyone to participate in Occupational Health and Safety activities to ensure continuous improvement. Our policies include providing opportunities for individual employee improvement to promote environmental sensitivity and raise awareness of social responsibility. Our focus is on employee health, occupational safety, and reducing carbon emissions for environmental health. We only partner with logistics companies that have the appropriate equipment and expertise for chemical transportation. In order to ensure the satisfaction of our customers with our suppliers, we also take into account their limits and we undertake that we will not allow subcontracting unless agreed upon.
We undertake to ensure that all relevant legal regulations and contracts are complied with in order to maintain and improve the reliability of our company by protecting the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of our information, managing the security breaches that our company will face and ensuring that the necessary measures are taken, assigning access rights to prevent unauthorized access, providing information security trainings to our employees and increasing information security awareness, and when inadequacies are identified, necessary corrections and improvements will be made.
