Behavior Based Safety Policy
The basis of this policy includes the commitment of all MLA LOGISTICS employees, including senior management, to implement the Behavior-Focused Safety Program, which is used to identify, monitor and eliminate unsafe human behaviors. Behavior-focused risk assessments conducted in operational and support processes created throughout MLA LOGISTICS target human behavior, which is the basis of the safety culture. Within the system created, unsafe human behaviors are identified through planned or unplanned audits and the results are shared with all relevant stakeholders and the necessary actions are taken.
MLA LOGISTICS supports the active participation of employees for the successful implementation and development of behavior-based safety in order to reduce risky behaviors that affect employee health and occupational safety and to encourage the adoption of safe behaviors, encourages reporting of non-conformities, and plans all its processes according to needs and requirements in order to establish a safety culture.
All stakeholders of our organization, without exception, aim to manage and carry out all our processes in the best possible way by adhering to these requirements. We accept and undertake to continuously improve the Behavior-Oriented Safety Program we have established for these purposes and to achieve its annual targets.
